We are very happy to welcome Roberto Gonzalez, who continues from his role at the INN at Loreto Bay as our Lead Concierge offering excellent customer relationships with our many friends. Many of you know Verónica Salgado from the INN front desk,who will be our Office Administrator and looking after client invoices and bill payments.
Our housekeepers will be full time and in house. They have proven experience in meeting North American standards, and completely trust worthy.
Our property Inspectors are experienced maintenance men who can recognize small problems before they become large headaches. They are resourceful and take great pride in their work. When they see a light bulb burnt out, or a drain clogging, they can fix it immediately without the need of calling another team to quote, and then gain access on numerous occasions to repair. We keep it simple. The Inspector who sees the problem, can repair the problem, or they know enough who the correct tradesman is to fix it.
Desarrollo Chula Vista Landscaping Company will be taking care of gardens, irrigation systems, fountains, and pest control. Many of you know Juan Sais, formerly of Viverio Los Cabos. Juan was part of the initial team that finished all the common areas. Juan is taking this opportunity of starting his own company and providing competitive value to continue working with the many homeowners.

What Services does BajaBOSS offer?
We are a full service Property Management Company for all your residential needs Loreto Bay. Our itemized Services Menu includes landscaping, pest control, air condition maintenance, hurricane preparation and post cleaning, housekeeping, groceries, and concierge service for you and your guests. In addition, we have programs for Aqua Viva and custom lot owners with homes still under construction.
What is a Sample Cost of per month?
For a furnished Casa Chica, the average total property management and maintenance fees would be approximately $3000 pesos (@ 13.3 = $225 USD)
Property Management fee - 1300 pesos; Landscaping - 450 pesos; Cleaning - 500 pesos; Cost of Electric and Water bills for vacant home - 750 pesos
Does BajaBOSS Rent Properties?
We currently do not have a Short Term Rental Program, as we do not believe there will be a demand for this service for quite some time.
However, we can assist with scheduling your guest visits should you wish to rent on your own; and we will handle long term leases (more than 6 months). Should you wish to rent your property through a Rental Manager, we can still handle your property management requirements.
Our objective is to operate our services similar to a hotel service. We will schedule the home stays of owners and their guests and ensure that the home is fresh and the visit is hassle free. Whether you are coming for a few days or for a long term stay, we will take care of you and your home.
