Loreto: Wind and rain have really picked up. John is now 50 miles north of La Paz and 100 miles south of Loreto moving at 9 mph. It could be a direct hit or move west over mountains. People are visiting their neighbors to check for leaking roofs and assisting with mopping up water as best as they can. Almost Tequila Time. Stay tuned....

Lots of Familiar Faces in Loreto I was in Phoenix for the day and it was a whirlwind of activity, as I managed to organize my furniture move to Loreto, meet with my accountant Randy Wagner (who is knowledgeable about both USA and Mexico tax structures), went shopping for wine and the whole Mall experience that only Scottsdale can offer, as well as seeing my good friend Catherine Swinscoe. Loreto Bay Real Estate Update      It is good to be back in Loreto ... always feels like I am returning home!
